This is my version of the 18th century Rifleman’s Knife. With a 6.75 inch blade and 5 inch handle, it is the perfect companion on a long hike or around the house. The blade is made from 1095 carbon steel and was forged to shape. The handle is stag antler with a bocote burl bolster, sealed with boiled linseed oil. The knife has a beautiful hamon that gives it a rustic elegance.
